Pollrite 23 is a CAPIO project promoting inmates’ voting rights in Nigeria. It works with INEC and correctional centres in Enugu, Lagos, and Abuja to create voter registration, education, and election systems for prisoners.

This project focuses on integrating community service as an alternative to imprisonment within Enugu State’s justice system. It promotes non-custodial sentencing, reduces prison congestion, and gives offenders a chance to contribute positively to society while being rehabilitated.

This project provides targeted healthcare interventions at Enugu Maximum Security Custodial Centre to reduce the spread of diseases among inmates. It strengthens medical access, promotes hygiene, and improves overall prison health conditions.
